Shipping Policy
**We offer different levels of free shipping for several products.  Qualifying free shipping offers are displayed on each individual product page.  During checkout, be sure to check the "free shipping" radio button to recieve your free shipping offer. 

In stock orders placed before 5:00PM EST will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 5:00PM EST will be shipped the next business day.  Weekend Orders placed after 5:00PM EST on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.  If an item is out of stock  or we are unable to meet the terms of our shipping policy we will promptly contact the customer via email or phone.

We typically use FedEx for delivery, although from time to time a comparable UPS service may be used.

This policy includes "Overnight", "2 Day" and "Express" services.  Please note, FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays (Ground or Express Services).  If Saturday delivery is need.  Please call 866-391-8763 for a Saturday delivery quote.  Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice.  No returns will be accepted on products that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition. Order Returns will be subject to restocking fees of 15%.  All of our products are delivered new in box and fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with any product for sale at QuantumGear. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer.

1) All return merchandise need to have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We cannot accept any return merchandise that has no RMA number.
2) Please state the invoice number, quantity, item number, your company name, the contact name of where the merchandise was shipped to, the shipping address, and the description of the problems of the merchandise.


RMA Policy:

1) Please complete all information above and fax/submit it to (317) 594-9527 or email it to orders@quantumgear.com along with the copy of the original invoice before an RMA number can be issued.
2) RMA number is valid for 10 days after issuance for all products. 
3) All shipped items must clearly indicate the RMA number on the box and include a copy of the original invoice and this request form.
4) QuantumGear will issue an RMA number within 24 ~ 48 hours upon receiving your request.
5) QuantumGear will not accept any return products without an RMA number. No exceptions. We reserve the right not to issue an RMA number to anyone
6) If, for any reason, a product is shipped back without a RMA number, QuantumGear will not refund any money (that includes shipping charge and cost of goods) back to customers.

Once we receive your return we will ship your replacement or process your credit within 4-7 days. When returning an item, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a chargeback results in excessive additional costs to QuantumGear, which we will be forced to pass on to the customer.

Damaged Merchandise
Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the shipping company. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediatly inform the local carrier. Keep the original box and packing material. You must make a claim for damage during shipping to the delivery carrier within 3 days.

Missing Items
We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items.  If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package.  Make delivery personnel known of any problems.

Please note: All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. For this reason, units that have been installed, severely scratched, or abused will not be accepted for return or credit and must be returned directly via the manufacturer..

Warranty
All warranty claims are made directly with the manufacturer as if the product was purchased directly from the manufacturer. No other responsibilities or warranties are expressed or implied. In the case that you might have a warranty issue, contact the manufacturer for return and exchange of your defective merchandise. If you need the manufacturer's phone number or have any problems with the manufacturer honoring the warranty, contact QuantumGear for help with the matter. Unauthorized customer warranties or warranty items that do not meet warranty criteria as stated by the manufacturer will be denied and returned if requested, at the customer’s expense. Unclaimed denied warranty returns will be destroyed. Warranty returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be ‘tracked down’ and are not the responsibility of QuantumGear.

Payments
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, *Checks, and Paypal are accepted.  If payment is made by credit card, your credit card statement will reflect a payment made to QuantumGear.

*Checks
We only accept Cashiers or Certified Check(s). Upon order confirmation, please print a copy of the invoice and mail the acceptable check, made payable to QuantumGear, with a copy of the invoice to;
